Staying informed is a critical part of advocating for our industry and our residents! Each week during Legislative Session, the Florida Legislature considers bills that affect Floridians. At FALA, we strive to ensure that we keep our members apprised of any and all legislation that affects Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Adult Family Care Homes (AFCHs), and the residents who call them home.
Each Friday, during legislative session, from 2:00PM to 2:30PM (Eastern Time), FALA's Lobbyist team at Liberty Partners of Tallahassee, LLC will be providing a weekly report and brief update for all FALA Members interested in following along with this legislative session.
