FALA consultants consist of previous AHCA inspectors and/or Assisted Living Administrators with five (5) or more years of personal experience operating one or more facilities at a time.

FALA’s consulting team is available to review Assisted Living Facility (ALF) and Adult Family Care Home (AFCH) applications for completeness and hand-deliver the applications to the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
Final Orders Mandates
FALA’s consulting team has been and continues to work with communities, through Final Orders and settlement agreements executed with AHCA to conduct quarterly and monthly visits (depending on the gravity of non-compliance) to assure that the ALF operates in compliance with the regulations.

Site Visits
FALA’s consulting team is available to conduct site visits and advise on the design of newly constructed buildings. FALA’s consulting team is also available to provide ALF and AFCH unique and specific requested needs such as, but not limited to:
- Medication Cart Audits
- Dietary and Dining Monitoring
- In-serving employees in various ALF areas in an effort to enhance the services to their residents
- Fall prevention critiques and the development of fall prevention plans
- Provide general step-by-step regulatory guidance to obtain and maintain licensure compliance
FALA’s consulting team writes and develops the required statutory and rule policies and procedures.
