FALA 2025 Conference & Tradeshow

The FALA Annual Conference & Tradeshow will be held Monday, July 28th through Thursday, July 31st at the beautiful Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. FALA group rates are available and will be offered up to three days before and after the conference dates based on hotel availability. Reservations can only be made online through the Hilton's FALA Group Reservations page linked below. Group room rate cut-off date is July 5th, after which rates will be at the hotel’s discretion.

Daily Resort Fee $10
Daily Self-Parking Fee $20

All reservations must be guaranteed with major credit card and first night's room and tax as deposit. Guests have the flexibility to adjust their arrival and departure dates or cancel their bookings without inquiring any fees until July 5, 2025. Starting July 5, 2025, room and tax for the remaining nights of each reservation shall be charged automatically to the credit card on file for each guest. NO refunds, modifications, or cancellations will be available after July 5, 2025.

Register now to exhibit in the largest assisted living conference in the state with over 120+ exhibitors!  The FALA Annual Conference & Tradeshow will be held Tuesday, July 29th and Wednesday, July 30th, at the beautiful Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida.

Member and Non-Member Early Bird booth rates are in effect through May 15th.  All booths are 10x10 and include a 6' table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, company ID signage, and 3 Booth Rep name badges for access to the exhibit hall.  Upgrade to full conference registration attendance is also available.
