New Horizons Group Home, Inc.

The mission of New Horizons is to provide residential supports for adults with developmental disabilities. We provide a homelike atmosphere that is nurturing, supportive and ensures the well being of the residents after their families are no longer able to care for them. The residents care for their own personal needs, contribute to the housekeeping duties of their residence and work on personal goals with supervision and assistance as needed from devoted Support Staff. Many residents work either at a business in the community or at a community based workshop. The residents in the homes enjoy the family atmosphere. Our homes are sustained through monthly payments from Medicaid Waiver funding for Residential Habilitation services. Other income includes resident fees paid from their individual Social Security, private donations and ongoing fundraising. New Horizons Group Homes, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)3 agency.
