All residents, whether they need very little assistance or a special living environment due to memory impairment, are encouraged to take an active part in activities and their daily care. Residents at The Madyson at Palm Beach Gardens will receive the care they need and have the freedom to make daily choices. A sense of freedom begins even before moving into The Madyson at Palm Beach Gardens. There are no exorbitant entrance fees for joining our community. A very reasonable monthly rent includes all amenities as well as three meals per day prepared by our Executive Chef. Residents have a choice of studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartments.
