Facial Covering Sample Policies and Procedures

FALA’s Facial Covering policy and procedure set is intended to serve as a sample for assisted living facilities to comply with the regulations set forth in Statute 408.802 and includes chapters 112, 383, 390, 394, 395, 400, 429, 440, and 765. This set contains three separate sample policies to cover Facial Coverings in Assisted Living & Adult Family Care Homes.
