Third Party Provider Sample Policies and Procedures

FALA’s third party provider policy and procedure is intended to serve as a sample for assisted living facilities to comply with the regulations set forth in Chapters 429.255 (1) & 429.26(1)(a), Florida Statutes and Chapters 59A-36.007(6)(a) through (d), & 59A-36.015(1)(u), Florida Administrative Code. “Third Party” means any individual or business entity providing services to residents in a facility that is not staff of the facility, per 59A-36.002(38).
